What is cyber fraud?

4.Virus Attacks:

The e-mail directs the user to visit a web site where they are asked to update personal information, such as passwords and credit card, and bank account numbers that the legitimate organization already has. The web site, however, is bogus and set up only to steal the user’s information.

Email spoofing refers to email that appears to originate from one source but has been sent from another source. Email spoofing can also cause monetary damage.

Breach of privacy means unauthorized use or distribution or disclosure of personal data. In addition to personal information some other type of information which is useful for business is stolen by hackers with the help of special techniques such as Social Engineering.
