Privacy Policy for Cyberior’s Device Security Software
Cyberior’s Device Security Software is a security solution based on F-Secure TOTAL to protect computers, tablets, and smartphones. More recent versions also include a management portal, to help you better manage your licenses across your devices and those of your family members.
To summarize the Cyberior Device Security Software privacy policy:
• we ask for your name, email, and phone number.
• we collect anonymous security data to protect your device.
• the focus of our data collection is not on you, but on your device and our service; and
• the portal provides limited visibility among those who share the same subscription.

What information does EAI collect when I visit its web site?
EAI’s web server automatically recognizes the IP address, but not the email address of each visitor to the EAI web site.
In addition, EAI collects information about users’ web site navigation and information volunteered by the consumer. For example, when you register to use EAI’s Digital Identity Protection Portal (“DIP”), you will need to provide your name, date of birth, address, telephone number and email address.
You may also elect to use credit and identity monitoring services that ask you to voluntarily provide personal information about yourself.If your program includes identity or credit monitoring services, you will be asked to provide your date of birth and your Personal Account Number. We do not store in plaintext any government issued identification numbers or any complete string of credit card data. Your identification number is not provided to third parties, such as Experian for Credit Authentication.
We may use third-party vendor tools to understand how visitors use and engage with our web site and our online products, and to understand general web site usage and trends. The information we collect is used to provide product services for which our customers are registered, to improve and customize the content and navigation of our web site, and to improve the overall user experience for each visitor.

EAI maintains multiple, redundant security measures at our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site. Additionally, we employ perimeter and core security measuresto prevent information from being accessed electronically by any entity outside the EAI facility.
